<strong>MODO DE PREPARO</strong></div>

Bater as claras em neve.<br />
Na batedeira colocar as gemas e bater com a água, até aumentar de volume. Juntar o açúcar e continuar batendo até ficar bem branquinho. Acrescentar a farinha misturada com o cacau e bater mais um pouco. Depois acrescentar as claras em neve sem bater, só envolvendo lentamente. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 º, em assadeira redonda untada e polvilhada por mais ou menos 30 minutos ou até ao teste do palito. Desenformar e deixar esfriar completamente.<br />
Dividir o bolo ao meio e em uma das partes com um cortador ou um aro médio, cortar no meio (ver foto).<br />
Misturar o leite condensado com o doce de leite.<br />
Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria ou no micro, com um pouquinho de leite<br />
Num prato, colocar a placa do bolo sem cortar, passar uma boa camada de recheio, e colocar a outra metade do bolo cortada por cima.Preencher até à metade da cavidade com mais recheio. Cobrir o bolo e as laterais com o chocolate derretido. Passar chocolate granulado nas laterais e preencher o restante da cavidade com fio de ovos, se quiser pode pôr também ao redor do bolo.
